Background

Career Plan is an owner managed business
founded in 1970 to advise individuals on their career
development.

In 1971 the firm added an executive search function
- now its principal activity.

We focus on two sectors - Financial Services and Not
For Profit.

Our approach to search assignments is founded on
gaining a thorough understanding of the
perspectives of both our clients and candidates in
order to build the most effective and sustainable
associations.
